Bad Apple Rides has pleasure to list this completely restored 1961 Cushman Standard Eagle.
This Cushman has no title, but the seller will provide Bill of Sale
The seller has had this Cushman for several years and completely restored it in 2019. The seller states that this Cushman underwent complete nuts and bolts restoration, and the Cushman was restored to factory specifications. The power is provided by factory correct 8 hp 319cc engine equipped with side draft Tillotson carburetor that is mated to 2 speed transmission. The transmission is suicide type (the clutch is depressed by left foot and shifting lever is pulled by left hand). The stopping is accomplished by completely rebuilt and factory correct drum brakes on front and back wheel. The front, back and brake lights are all in working condition. The seller states that this Cushman is basically brand new as it would have been displayed on the show room. The seller put only 2 miles on the bike since the restoration, and this Cushman is stored in enclosed garage where it is maintained.
The seller notes the frame was stripped to the bare metal primed, epoxied, shot in black and coated several times over. The body is shot in factory correct Cascade blue color.
The seller notes the chrome is in excellent shape with no pitting and the paint shines and is scratch free. The original speedometer with odometer works and displays correctly. The horn is also present and works as intended. The solo seat is in excellent condition and is white. This Cushman starts with a kick start only.
